We make the following commitments regarding pre-sales and after-sales technical services:


1. The company provides application instructions and technical support for all mirrors to its customers.

2. Provide free repair services for products within the 24 month warranty period.

3. The product maintenance cycle is within 72 hours after receiving the goods.

4. For products within one month, the company provides free replacement services for new goods.

5. Unauthorized tearing of sealing labels, replacement of parts, or products deemed damaged will not be covered by the company's warranty responsibility.

6. The vibrating lens and corresponding vulnerable parts are not covered by warranty repair.

7. The company's working hours are from Monday to Friday at 9:00 am and 6:00 pm
